IGEA Show Points & Awards Program
Proud to be the first, to offer a competitive Show Points Program that includes
all IGEA Registered Gypsy Equines,
Purebred Gypsies and Gypsy Blends (Gypsy Crosses)
in the following Categories.
Show season is January lst, through December 31st.
Year end awards, recognition and prizes for
High Point Gypsy Equine in each Category, plus
Year end High Point Overall,
Reserve High Point Award,
and High Point Youth Award
of all Categories combined.
Year End Points will also be recorded at the end of each year and cumulative to count for
IGEA is proud to be the first, to provide this program to allow Gypsy Equines to earn
IGEA Titles Of Achievement.
Participate in any Open Show, any Breed Show or Breed Classes at a Feathered Horse Show, Fair, or Open Show and earn Points.
Earn a 1/2 Point (half point) for each Equine you place above, in any recognized Class at any Open Equine Show.
Earn One Point, for each Gypsy Equine you place above in any Gypsy Breed Show or any Gypsy Class at an open show.
*** IGEA is now a recognized Registry, for participation in GHSA Shows. Points for Gypsy Horse Show Association (GHSA) Breed Shows are counted as "Double Points" in our IGEA Show Program.

*** Any Pinto Horse Association (PtHA) Show Class for Gypsy Equines, points count for a Breed Show, one point for each equine you place above.
***Mini Gypsy Horses and Mini Gypsy Blends that are also registered NSPPR ~
Any American Shetland Pony Club, Inc. Show Class for
National Sport Performance Pony Registry (NSPPR), points count as half a point for each equine you place above.
Gypsy Equines participating in the IGEA Show Points and Awards Program must be IGEA Registered and the Exhibitor must be a current IGEA Member in good standing.
The Official IGEA Show Points Report Form must be completed by the IGEA Member/Exhibitor, and signed by Judge, or Show Secretary, or appropriate Member of Hosting Show Staff Team to verify placing and number of equines in class, along with a copy of the show bill or link to show bill if available online. All Forms must be postmarked if mailed, and or scanned and emailed to the IGEA Office within 30 days of each eligible Show.
***New ~ to make it easier than ever before, getting your Points turned into the IGEA Office, we will accept legible, clear digital camera photos of your completed Show Points form(s) and any necessary documents via photo attachments to email and sent to the IGEA Office, or send by private message to the
IGEA Registry Facebook Page.
This eliminates any hassle of copying or scanning your hard copy of completed form(s) and documents. You can just keep the original completed forms for your records and the IGEA Office will save and file your digital version in the Office.
